Well organized dock, rental equipment in excellent shape. All the dive masters were good, but here’s an especial shout out to spotting by Ruben, Ambo and Pete. I have knee issues and the boat helpers were very kind about carrying gear and helping me in and out, There is a great variety of dive sites including muck and small walls. Verde Island was the most amazing for topography and fish life. Could have stayed longer than 7 days. Be aware that they have a policy that everyone surfaces together, so pick your dive companions carefully for their air consumption. Groups are 4-6 per dive master. We were among the last out of PG before Covid19 lockdown, and remain forever grateful that Allan and Rhuby worked their connections and expertise to the max to get about 40 of us safely to the airport over a few days, despite contradictory, constantly changing official barriers and directives.

I happened to win 2nd place in the mirrorless category for wide angle photography in Ocean Art 2018 sponsored by Blue Water Travel. My prize was a very generous week's stay with El Galleon Beach Resort & Hotel and diving with Asia Divers in Puerto Galera, Philippines. I have been to Puerto Galera many times because the diving is so good, but this is the first time I stayed at El Galleon/Asia Divers. It was GREAT! The resort is charming, nicely appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. I was having some trouble with a knee injury prior to my arrival, and Allison Manis/Marketing Manager was able to find me a room close to the restaurant/camera room and diving; thank God for her! She really went out of her way to ensure my stay was perfect. The resort staff were very friendly, the food AMAZING (thanks, Jamie the head Chef!). The service was spot on and very attentive. There is a nice pool which I never actually used but it looked really inviting. The diving? Like I said earlier, it's why I continue to return to PG. And if you want to have your mind blown, you MUST take a day trip for diving Verde Island. The colors are vibrant and indescribable, and the sea life so plentiful it's beyond description. I've been to Verde Island before but this trip was the best I've had there. So a big shout out to all the dive guides at Asia Divers for watching over us and bringing us back safely each dive. And a huge congrats to Jamie and Maria on their upcoming nuptials!!! I would highly recommend El Galleon Beach Resort & Hotel and Asia Divers without hesitation.

Amazing experience at Sabang where you can do your diving course and scuba diving holiday with your family! People here are very friendly. The instructors here are very professional and attentive which made me feel completely at ease as well. Highly recommended diving center! Thank you!

I past few days in this hotel and I past a really good time! Food is good, employees are always smiling! Very good time in there! The diving shop is really professional, I have loved to dive with them.

My 3rd time at Asia divers, quality is always high on every part of their business. The guides, divemasters, instructors, boatmen and administration make your holiday and diving fantastic. They attend to the rules but they make sure you have a lot of fun and see a lot of the very divers underwater world around Sabang. For me one of the best!

Recommended by friend of a friend. After two days we extended stay by 4 days for total or 9. We lucked out and ended up in "diving paradise". Staff first class throughout operation. Perfect location. Safe, quiet and walking distance to other beaches and restaurants . Diving fantastic. Friend and I got " Advanced Open Water Cert" Top notch dive masters. Only operation in area with pier. Back to resort between dives. Dozens of great varied dive spots within 20 minutes. Can do 4 dives a day if desired. Food fantastic, rooms clean, great massages. Great shooter bar. Take the "Stairway to Heaven" at " THE POINT"

I first visited El Galleon/ Asia divers in 2015 and have returned every year since. As a single diver, I have been priced out of live aboard due to the ‘single ‘ supplement ‘. El Galleon is an incredible boutique run dive resort with amazing employees and incredible rates.....but the dive operation is what makes it! Every dive no more than 10 minutes to site. Back to Resort for interval. Can not think of anything that needs improvement. Everyone makes you feel like it’s coming home every time you visit. Sign of a good operation is that all employees are long term.

We had a great experience learning and training with Sabine and your staff over the last week. My family completed their OWD certification at Exotic in Malapascua earlier this year and we felt the instructor at Exotic was good. I couldn’t complete my training then because I didn’t have the necessary medical release so I waited until this week to gain my OWD certification at Asia Divers.

After spending some time with Sabine, we quickly realized my learning experience would be much better. I work with numerous accomplished trainers in my profession but I believe you have something special with the environment at Asia Divers and in particular with Sabine. She seems to have the perfect combination of deep knowledge, patience, positive attitude, solid expectation, marine conservationist and infectious passion about all things diving. It was a real pleasure training under Sabine. You’ll be happy to know we’re already talking about our next trip to Asia Divers, likely during my son’s spring break holiday.

From the start, Asia divers handled or transfers from Manila and back-great job, We arrived at El Galleon around 3 pm in the afternoon, and welcome drink awaited. I had an ocean front room 16, great views with outside patio and chairs. About 70 steps from the main level. Room includes walk in closet, queen bed and bathroom. A/c and ceiling fan worked well. The food was plentyful and good. Asia divers, on site for dive operations. Thanks to Rubin and Vince our dive masters. We had 4 single tank dives each day, and 2 days to Verde. Great job guys. Also thanks to Warren for all your help around the dive shop.

I just returned from an exceptional dive trip to El Galleon with 18 divers. BEST DIVE TRIP EVER....and I have been on many. These guys know how to do it right! The service is incredible...from the dive operation (Asia Divers) to the kitchen staff and administration. They made everything easy, the food great and the dive operation made sure everyone and everything was well taken care of...I just loved the place and the people! Can't go wrong with this one. Did I mention that the views are incredible also??
