At El Galleon Beach Resort and Asia Divers, everything is close and easy: beachfront rooms, a calm bay, our own pier and boats, and a dedicated training pool perfect for first-timers. You can spend the morning in the sea, the afternoon by the pool, and be back at a table under the trees by sunset—no long transfers, no stress, just simple family time.

Day 1 — Settle & Splash

Morning:
Arrive and breathe—your room is only a few sandy steps from the water. Let the kids loose in the pool after your unpacked. Sip a nice refreshing juice poolside with them!

Afternoon:
Ease into the ocean with a gentle snorkel from our pier. Kids can turn curiosity into “I found it!” moments.

Evening:
Dinner under the trees at El Galleon—choose from Filipino favorites like adobo, sinigang, and yummy seafoods, or go international with pastas, salads, and delicious pizzas. We’ve got kid-friendly picks and veggie options, too. The sunset glow, a cool breeze, and an early bedtime set you up perfectly for tomorrow’s big adventure.

Day 2 — Ocean Adventure

 “First Bubbles” for beginners

Start in our dedicated training pool with friendly instructors on a PADI “Discover Scuba”. Learn how to breathe, clear a mask, and communicate underwater. Once everyone’s comfortable, progress to a shallow ocean site—still relaxed, still close to shore, but now with fish for company.

Parent recharge:
While the kids splash in the pool with their instructor, sneak in a seaside massage and meet back up later to join them on the dive if you’re already a certified diver.

Sunset:

Wander the Sabang beachfront promenade and capture a family selfie in the golden hour glow. Wrap up the day with a last swim and a celebratory cocktail or mocktail in our Point Bar than head down to the resort for dinner on the beachfront.

Day 3 — Choose-Your-Own Paradise

Love your first diving experience?

If you love it, keep the momentum going: we can arrange an easy follow-up dive or help you start your PADI Open Water Diver course so the whole family can dive together around the world. Just ask our team and we’ll match a plan to your schedule.

Island-hopping boat day:
From our private pier, board a comfy boat to explore quiet coves with clear water and gentle entry—great for little explorers. Swim, snorkel, skip-rocks, repeat. We can arrange a seaside BBQ for lunch.

Eco corner: Reef-respect basics for kids

• Look, don’t touch—corals are living animals.
• Float like a starfish: keep fins up and never stand on the reef.
• Bring a rash guard and use reef-safe sun protection.
• Take only photos, leave only bubbles.

Practical bits (quick & helpful)

What to pack

• Rash guards or light long-sleeve swim shirts
• Reef-safe sunscreen, hat, and water bottle
• Sandals plus a pair of reef-friendly water shoes for boat days
• Dry bag and phone case for easy boat hops

• Non-divers are welcome on most boat trips (snorkeling spots abound).

• We are the only resort in the area with a private pier so its very easy for you and the little ones to get on and off boats.

Planning the trip should be the easy part. Tell us your dates and we’ll organize door-to-door transfers to El Galleon & Asia Divers—from Manila airport/your home or any hotel—so you can start relaxing the moment you land.

Pick the option that suits your family

1) Fastest & most convenient: Private car/van + private boat

Our team meets you at the airport/hotel, drives you to the port, and connects you to a private water taxi straight to our resort. It’s the smoothest, most direct route—great with kids, lots of luggage, or tight schedules.

2) Great value & smooth: Private car/van + public fast ferry

We handle the drive to Batangas Pier, and point you in the right direction for a ferry to Puerto Galera. On arrival there, we can arrange a driver to meet you to bring you to the resort. Comfortable, and budget-friendly.

3) Shared/scheduled transfers

Join a shared water taxi with other guests to keep costs down while we still take care of all the logistics. Please contact ahead us so we can let you know all the details.

4) DIY/public route (we’ll still help at the pier)

Prefer to make your own way? Take a bus or rideshare to Batangas and a ferry to Puerto Galera—we can still arrange to meet you at the pier and handle the last leg to the resort.
